We always kept our physical media. We still have the original Star Wars releases on VHS. If you don’t have the originals of your CDs and TV shows I encourage you to check out thrift stores and places that sell used CDs. You can find DVDs and CDs at pretty great prices.

Episode 133 Or Just Journaling Onward this specific Human goes. Hell on Earth is indeed a nightmare and it's own additional form of trauma. Somehow, some way, never giving up and always striving onward towards "who you wanted to be" in the first place is essentially a recharge of a battery. Meditation, therapy, old and new to me music, wrestling, family time and simply regaining the abily to be present in my own mind and life is more valuable than all the lucre on Earth and a little bit more. None of us are ok. Never giving up OR being convinced we are automatically correct with everything we think we know are more conducive to life itself than anything in the mainstream oddly enough.  Namaste.

Episode 129 - Another New Now, Progress, Mindfulness Life itself, like time itself, never changed. Coming to a place of manageable clarity overall, while still being in the midst of the chaos created when things go downhill to begin with (ie the same chaos as anyone else in the world), even as standing back up.   The handling of this situation locally was abysmal. While so, SO much could've been avoided, we don't live in that fantasyland universe. So here we are at this "new now" which is the same as every other now when juxtaposed "now for now" in terms of composition of time (again, unchanged.. kinda like the world around us), but somehow different. It's different for me because the wallop of Hell that I was sent through and remain fighting forward out of means I have a significantly higher gratitude for life itself today than I did even 10 years ago and the entire community knew me then too and knows the respect for life and committment to family and service will die only when I do. Until then, I will continue forward with all that needs to be done to find a truly "happy, healthy and whole" balance once more.  As is, it's certainly a lot closer than it was not too long ago as can be heard throughout earlier episodes which sadly, but authentically detail my own journey within the abyss. It's irrelevant what pushed me into it, what matters is I am climbing and clawing once more and I ONLY want atop the mountain for the view and so I can extend a hand and remind YOU that you'll love the view too! That's a metaphor. It's been QUITE some time since I've been on a mountain, but I want to be on once again. Maybe I'll visit my BLOOD out there in Colorado to do so here on Planet Earth. Namaste
