I’ve been involved in bargains where workers vote up to ban compliance with social media policies. The social media crackdown then gives this more salience.

This uses the cowardice of management and capital and turns it into an advantage for workers.

Of course, this opens up a new form of protected industrial action where workers vote up a ban on compliance with social media policies and basically @ the dictatorship.

For the first time today, I broke workers up into small groups to talk about a company offer and how they are feeling at a mass meeting. It was a mass meeting where every worker got to have their say and connect with co-workers.
