Alisaie can't help but smile lovingly at Jaeger, her heart swelling over the fondness and care the Hrothgar shows for Gulool Ja. Jaeger had taken to him instantaneously, due in part--she was sure--to the shared trauma of having some of the worst sires imagineable. Still, the role Jaeger had taken on as an older brother to the boy was heartwarming. Gods, she loved him; loved the kind, caring man that he was. And she was eternally grateful that she got to call him hers.
