Mark, that's not true. The footage from body cameras is only ever made available to law enforcement. There is no transparency here, or accountability. Body cameras are simply another tool police use to surveil the rest of us.

Half correct. People with platforms need to act, but we have to make those people with platforms take action. One way to do that is get a lot of people out protesting, to show our support for defunding and dismantling ICE.

Girl, breathe. What everyone here has been saying is that ActBlue needs to better vet the campaigns they host, make it easier to report fraud, and to stop providing hosting support in the form of mailing lists.

I did not give to that campaign. I did not give to any campaign with that incorrect name. And again, only campaigns hosted by ActBlue use that name.
And when I contacted them about this, I was told that it's my responsibility to block campaigns that I don't want to hear from.
ActBlue absolutely provides mailing lists to the campaigns that use their platform. Every text I get from ActBlue calls me by the same incorrect name, while every other political fundraiser text I get either leaves off my name entirely or gets it correct.
