When I was in 8th grade my music teacher called me a b*tch. Had he called me a Jewish b*tch, it wouldnt have made a difference if I had reported it as to where it would have been evaluated. But under 715, if he had called me a b it would be evaluated on local level. Jewish b? State level.

How would it exceptionalize antisemitism? It would establish a special state-level board AND a special state-level "antisemitism prevention coordinator" to address complaints of antisemitism. But no state-level authority for other identities. No "racism prevention coordinator" or homophobia or...

How is it racist? Currently there are processes in place if a student makes a complaint about a teacher. All forms of identity-based hate go through the same process, regardless of which identity, be it racial, religious, gender, queer. This bill would exceptionalize antisemitism.

Lets get political! I went to my state capitol yesterday to lobby against CA Bill AB715. If passed, it'd change the way identity-based hate in schools is addressed, in a way that segregates antisemitic complaints from all others and censors teachers and school admins. No on racism, no on AB715.

In late 2024, the Heritage Foundation quietly launched Project Esther, a 12-24 month blueprint to destroy progressive movements, starting with unraveling Palestine solidarity. This plan is already underway.
