i do recognize that this isn’t clear to everyone, but the land use law constraints have been explained many times to the core revoke organizers who simply refuse to listen or accept it.

there is a profound difference. revoking the permit has to follow proscribed steps in both local and state land use law, and is moving at a pace that cannot be rushed along by a councilor. getting a school moved involves getting the permit team to focus their efforts and prioritize.

i think it’s good actually to move a school that is getting gassed by ice before the school year starts by working with the permitting department to fast track that so they don’t get gassed anymore
