After over a year of being unable to write, feeling down/unmotivated/like I was on the slippery slope back to a breakdown, I'm more optimistic. Therapy/focusing on my MH has enriched my life. I'm more fulfilled/happier, so I got a new haircut. It's been ages since Ive gone so short & I'm loving it
