Thank you! Of course I find a lot of fulfillment in medicine but so much of my identity and the things I love are outside of medicine, too — time with friends/family, making art/music, staying active. And I want time and energy to invest in those parts of me.

Recent win: just found out about 2 accepted manuscripts!! 1 on gut microbiome association with cognitive decline and the other on AI predicting osteoporosis from imaging!

Sunday plans: hot yoga🧘♀️, 2.5 hour practice exam📚, meal prep🥕 (lentil soup this week!), then dinner at my favorite restaurant with friends. Days like these help me feel so grateful for it all. 🥰

My time on the internal medicine clerkship has shown me how dependent experiences are on the people you are with. I’ve been so lucky to have worked with some incredibly kind (and knowledgeable) physicians and it truly made this rotation amazing. #MedSky
