Heard a song in the car, and I don't have strong feelings about it one way or the other, except for this one lyric that is going to stay with me:

It'd be really fucking terrific if I didn't have to see every fucking tweet y'all post here from the so called president. I have the Twitter filter set to block posts, I have his name and various stupid nicknames muted forever, and yet they still appear in my feed daily.

GAD is fun because I see headlines like this and even though there are obviously many 53 y.o. men in Oldham County, I automatically think it's the one (1!) I know.

The rat I have here really enjoys dry cat food. He is not eating anything in my garden.

This is the answer. I have to be worse at my job.

Rosewood (9.5 lbs) just walked under Mercy (58 lbs) and rubbed against her back legs. She freaked out, tried to run away, slipped, and fell. But sure, she fights with cats.

Rosewood is looking at the camera this time, but in one photo it looks like Mercy is judging T, and in the next, like T is judging Rosewood.

I have to take my glasses off to read, and a friend who never had glasses has to put readers on. We ran into each other at a concert and took a selfie to send to a mutual friend. It was funny to watch him put his glasses on, while I pushed mine onto my head. Eyes are a scam.

I don't think I've ever had the misfortune of flying during those times, but as a person who is 1 mile from the Fairgrounds gate on Preston, that time of year is the bane of my existence.

I'm such a dork. Usually when I go over the boys pop in to say hi and bye and go back to what they were doing. Kiddo stayed to talk to me the whole hour I was there today. 🫶🏼

Being an honorary aunt is sweet.

My friend's son turned 15 this week. I have been making her kids cakes for several years now, but last year's was pretty basic. I had a vision for this year, and let's just say, cake decorating is clearly not my passion.

She said he told her my cakes are the best part of his birthday. 🥺

I don't think he would've walked up to the house if my car had been out front, but also, I would've been awake and still in the living room if I was home. I don't like anything about it.
