#RBNY host CF Montreal this weekend, and the Red Bulls are the biggest home favorite of the week.
This isn’t without risk; RBNY have had soft opponents this season, and I do expect some volatility moving forward. Last week’s 1 goal performance needed to be higher.
Portland Timbers host the Vancouver Whitecaps.
I WANT to be against the Whitecaps EVENTUALLY, but matches like this keep coming up.
I DO think the books are over-valuing VCW. They probably shouldn’t be even money here.
LAFC hosts FC Dallas.
I love LAFC this week, but -280 sets them as an unplayable home favorite.
However, I don’t think the goal totals are dialed in yet. I like the over on 2.5, and am leaning towards the over on 3.5 (but only if Dallas can find the net…?)
Colorado Rapids host the LA Galaxy.
I love what I saw from LA Galaxy last week, but they’re at altitude here. I think the +120 on Colorado is a value, and I also think +165 on LA Galaxy is value. Sportsbook seems dialed in on this one.
Our second away favorite of the week is the Seattle Sounders at St. Louis City.
Looks like Morris will miss time, while I’ll need to wait on reports for Rothrock and Minoungou. High risk with low reward; Seattle is only +115.
Nashville SC hosts Minnesota United, and this one is all about Nashville absences.
This is an interesting one, and I’m most interested in how Minnesota fairs with their changes.
San Diego FC is the first away favorite of the week, as they head to Kansas City to take on SKC.
Home advantage does make this a more manageable match, but the higher goal total USUALLY favors the home team.
This is going to be a good one for bettors.
The Philadelphia Union’s early season troubles still wouldn’t be enough to have them as home underdogs against the San Jose Earthquakes.
They carry home advantage but at -145 should be unplayable, especially without Makhanya.
Early season troubles have the algorithm down on the Columbus Crew. Chicago Fire come ahead as favorites, based a lot on their 2025 away record.
This game has an expectedly high goal total. Lot’s of potential plays if anyone likes this match.
Charlotte FC host Austin FC in another intereconference matchup. Charlotte hasn’t been in great form, but should still have a considerable home advantage over ATX.
Nothing intriguing or unexpected for goal totals, either.
Week 3 has an interesting #MLS interconference matchup between Atlanta United and Real Salt Lake.
This one should favor the home team (very slightly) which would require their first goal of the season.
If you favor any away team this week, this matchup at +210 could provide real value. #RSL
#InterMiami are favorites over D.C. United. I expect goals, and I like totals and both teams to score.
DC does have a home win against Philadelphia, but I wouldn’t take that as any sign of life. Philly isn’t on Miami’s level.
#DCUnited #VamosUnited
First up is #NYCFC vs #OrlandoCity
NYCFC is the heavy favorite, and their offense is going to be propped up by the Orlando City sub-par backline.
Goals look like over 2.5 and under 3.5. Pretty standard.
#MLS Matchday 3 model projections are in, and there are a few surprises.
I’ll break down each game below- but make sure to check out our picks and predictions episode later today. We go live with the best MLS bets at 8 PM ET!

That game wasn’t my problem….
I had Miami and o2.5
Over 3.5
Then went out in a limb and hit a silly Sunday +2000 o5.5
Well, Orlando fans wanted Messi.
He’s finally there.
Austin FC vs DC United was a waste of a Sunday afternoon slot.
