I watched the entire meeting. The Auditor General says there was nothing criminal going. I suspect if he had the time, resources, and power he might come to a different conclusion. No one can say this is not a scandal. Tax payers deserve accountability, starting with the Mayor and City Manager.

I tried to watch the meeting, but I noticed the mayor's in person absences. It spoke volumes. My impressions budget process and actual proposed budget are nothing more than smoke and mirrors. The mayor's virtual presence showed no respect for council and no leadership.
