The benefits of mass wood go beyond sustainability:

Meta has begun building data centers from mass wood in place of concrete and steel.

Mass wood is engineered for safety, durability and fire resistance. Microsoft has also begun building data centers with cross-laminated timber (CLT), a type of mass wood.

This strategic deal fuels Crusoe's mission to deliver nearly 1GW of critical, energy-first AI infrastructure.

Data center developer Crusoe has secured 29 GE Vernova gas turbines, with the ability to provide nearly 1GW of on-site power generation to Crusoe's AI data centers.

The LM2500XPRESS turbines are adapted from GE jet engines.
