If the job role pays minimum wage or close to minimum wage, then as a company you need to realise that it's an ENTRY-LEVEL role and you should be treating it as such.

Expecting a long list of experience for an entry-level position is genuinely ridiculous behaviour.

Companies are using AI to take interview/recruitment calls.

That means you cannot ask real questions about the job, or discuss things with a PERSON.

If you or anyone you know gets this, put the phone down and demand to speak to a person.

Do not allow companies to get lazy.

When I was a kid it was the park, or the street you lived on, or your friend's street.

- The bin storage unit behind the local hospital.
- A Traffic island.
- Big Tesco Carpark hedgerow.

Remembering my primary school playground..

We had a wooden climbing frame, swings, and one of those rocking horse thingies. And the classic bark chips on the floor that only JUST saved you from a concussion.
