BBC to have song selection separate from selecting the artist as they did when they were in Junior Eurovision.

Personally I would prefer it if all entries were voted on as a song title/ artist rather than the name of the country. Reducing the nationalistic element in the voting would make it more of a song contest rather than a country contest.

At first I thought UK had got the Embers slot, but no we were in position 9 that year.

9th May (day later because of time difference for peace treaty signing)has been called Victory Day in Russia for years. Trump is just bringing USA in line with his bosses country.

Our song isn't great but I think it is more interesting than Dizzy. RM are some of the best singers we have ever sent so we should do better than last year's 18th place.

Seeing the continued lack of interest in the UK entry after last night's pre party, I have to come to the conclusion that yet again we are destined for the bottom of the scoreboard. Despite having great performers the song just isn't strong enough. I hope I am wrong, I love RM, they deserve better.

For Remember Monday. In 2023 Sam Ryder surprised us with his guitar solo in his performance. Will there be any surprises for us in Remember Mondays staging?

UK seems to be overlooked in many of the predictions for the top songs this year. I have seen them ranked towards the bottom. I think once we see them sing live on stage that will start to change
