Try, Transform > Use Posable Symmetry, but sometimes it doesn't work well.
It's always better to leave the posing for the very last step then retouch what's needed after posing.

Those scenes become available once you have seen then but something when using a savegame from an older version they might not show.
In that case the only solution for now is to start a new game from scratch.
