Well my "recovery run" didn't go as anticipated. I got so caught up in how fast I was going and ended up hitting my PR in the 2 mile 🤦♀️😂 so much for resting

If you're feeling hopeless and miserable, I cannot possibly overstate how much it helps to just pick one thing you can do that helps people, and do it.
You only need to do one person's worth of work. That's all any of us can do.

I realized last night that I have apparently earned my first running injury as the back of one thigh was swollen and sore. Mostly seems better today, but opting to cross train instead of doing the long run I was supposed to do and possibly making it worse 😕
