Hospices provide dignity and comfort at the end of life, and vital support for families and loved ones.
But they wouldn’t exist without people like you.
Leave a gift in your Will to a hospice close to your heart and help protect the future of hospice care.

#ThisIsHospiceCare is back! We're bringing together 127 hospices to share the stories, moments and people that make hospice care what it is, and to ask for your help to protect it.
By leaving a Gift in your Will you can help ensure that hospice care is there for anyone who needs it.
For the second year, we’re proud to stand alongside 125+ hospices across England, Scotland and Wales for #ThisIsHospiceCare. The campaign shines a light on the compassionate, specialist care hospices provide and the incredible difference gifts in wills make. Visit stwhospice.org/giftsinwills

There are nowhere near the numbers of rehab HCPs available to support people post stroke either.
Financial pressure is forcing many hospices to cut services.
We welcome the £25m announced today and the plans for a Modern Service Framework, but without further support, vital community services will continue to be lost.
