I finished Dressrosa, and I have to say it's been my favorite arc so far. Story was good, action was good, ending was good, there were a lot of cool characters, and Doflamingo was the best villain in the series for me so far.

POE 2 and Metaphor are distracting me from my daily one piece episodes, but I still managed to finish the G8 arc. After Skypiea it was refreshing to have a less serious story. It wasn't til after I finished it I realized it was filler 😅 that's some good filler!

A coach points his hand at a basketball player who's on the bench. He says "alright kid, you're in." The kid gets up, but the coach stops him and says "no. not you." The bench starts moving and gets on the court, leaving the kid to stand by himself, dejected.

Ngl, I had forgotten about the shadows by the time they explained them, despite how intriguing they were at first 😄

Yeah I thought the flashback was great. I was worried I'd hate the story sidetracking at such a crucial point but it did a good job tying everything together

Skypiea was definitely my favorite so far. Great pacing imo. I got through it way faster than Alabasta because I was constantly interested in what would happen next
