They gave me a completely different feeling, the difference between being quietly left behind and being waited for. And they helped heal me from that.
Even now I’m not able to be active or draw as much anymore, but I‘ll always appreciate those kind friends for staying by my side during hard times.🫂💖

There was also a new friend who had only started talking to me shortly before Christmas 2024. During the long time I was absent last year, she kept sending me the arts she drew to cheer me up… and along with other friends, they kept messaging me from time to time even I couldn’t be able to reply...😭

I was so touched to know there were still friends who had been waiting for me, welcoming me back into their small art group. They said they won’t go anywhere without me.🥺
During a trip for healing, I was always thinking about my friends, missing them a lot, wanting to apologize for making them worry

When 2024 finally came to an end, I spent the first few months of 2025 trying my best to endure some health issues and couldn’t use social media for a while.
Until last May-June, things started to feel less rough for me, and I slowly tried to draw again after some time away.

Then I decided to step back for awhile to focus more on my problems in real life and my health, since there were what I’ve been struggling with the most atm, so I tried to avoid getting emotionally hurt or disappointed again, as it had become too hard for me to handle at the time.

However, by the end of the year I realized something wasn’t quite the way I thought it was, when I was being quietly left out/left behind without a word. I started to feel that I might no longer be suitable to be involved in some group of people anymore.

and became less optimistic about my health. ❤️‍🩹
Usually, toward the end of the year, my mental health tends to become heavier... I remember having to temporarily take a short break from the internet quite often and do my best to recover so I could come back and hang out happily with everyone again.

Ppl are leaving Discord bc of the new upcoming update… Idk I haven’t been using Discord for quite a long time due to some reasons. If I remember correctly, 2024 was the last year I was actively involved in some fandom community, almost until the end of the year, then I started getting busy with life
