Oh, I don't know if it would help or if perhaps you've already tried this, but just in case, I got a little air filter for the room I work in since there have been more bad air quality days recently & and have found it's also helped a lot with the weed/smoke smell.

Not at all. I feel the same things for the same reasons. There is great joy in peace for some of us & there's nothing wrong with that.
