Almost as bad as when you get the "Good Morning" message from India as soon as you log on because they've spent their morning fucking things up
It's annoying because I normally have things to catch up on at the start of the day and reading someone's nocturnal stream of consciousness sets me back immediately.
I logged on to Teams this morning to a load of messages from one of my reports sent at 3am because something has wound him up at work the day before and he couldn't let it go.
Frankly I find it self indulgent and it only serves to highlight he hasn't got the emotional intelligence to deal with it
