The CETP inhibitor Obicetrapib lowers LDL โˆ’36.3%, apolipoprotein B โˆ’24.4%, non-HDL cholesterol โˆ’34.5% and lipoprotein(a) โˆ’45.9%, as well as increasing HDL +138.7%

and no major adverse events
