We have a another way to lower LDL in Heterozygous FH
The CETP inhibitor Obicetrapib lowers LDL −36.3%, apolipoprotein B −24.4%, non-HDL cholesterol −34.5% and lipoprotein(a) −45.9%, as well as increasing HDL +138.7%
and no major adverse events

I often see GLP1s stopped in HF but in this study in patients with obesity-related HFpEF T2DM,Semaglutide improved HF & reduced BMI independent of baseline HbA1c with lower rates of hypoglycaemia than placebo.
