Donald Trump is still directing the Justice Department's leadership on whom to target for alleged crimes against him. He seems to think the Justice Department functions as his personal law firm, meant to deliver what he perceives as justice on his behalf. What has happened to America?

I believe Romney is mistaken. The Biden administration was justified in addressing Trump's violations of the law; his actions were so egregious that ignoring them would have been wrong. The main issue was that Garland acted far too slowly.If he had moved more swiftly justice could have been served.
