It’s quite clear that Trump is too stupid to single-handedly orchestrate as much legislation as he has signed off over the last 100 days. It was obviously planned in some detail well before the coup.

This was common practice in Europe in the Middle Ages. families would get up far too early (like 4am) do their domestic tasks, go to work for a bit and then go back to bed about 10am. Then they’d get up again mid afternoon and go back to work or whatever they had to do.
