That you don't want to hang on to "life" even if it means a poor quality of life. And perhaps this is an issue that it makes sense to defer. Your DNR decision you made before she was a big part of your life. Here DNR opinion was before you became part of her life. Perhaps agree to revisit later.

Forgive me if you've already approached the DNR in this manner. Talk to her about quality of life. The two of you work so well right now because of the quality and richness you both bring to each other. It ain't just hot sex or she looks amazing in a photo. And the DNR is about quality of life.
