I donโt know your pain journey, but have you tried low-dose naltrexone? It has been amazing for my chronic pain, although I ended up pushing up to standard (ie not-low dose) levels for management.

Illness is the unwanted vacation you refused to take, but your body and soul demanded anyway. Coming out of a two-week flare felt like starting over, until I realized I didn't lose the gains I made! My mind is stronger, more disciplined. Returning to my old self becomes easier each time.
