Twice-weekly trash pickup is getting tested in two Philly neighborhoods
The city is beginning a pilot program for twice-weekly trash pickup in South Philly and Center City.
Will this make Philly streets cleaner? Itโs a race between avoiding dumping and trash bags sitting outside more frequently. Getting people to use trash cans would be a nice complement here.
