Mayyyybe even some physical changes over the game as well?? Like, starting out the campaign as a brick shithouse in terms of build and like, slowly losing some of that muscle mass over time and having like, a Dave Bautista change in build lmao

Which, if a DM would allow me, I'd want the character to eventually lose his barbarian levels over time and change them into bard levels; as his poetry improves so does his ability to take criticism, and his sweet heart mellows out fjsjfjs

My biggest idea for a character is a 'bardbarian' minotaur, a bit of an oaf who adoooores poetry and writing it, buuuut is also kind of bad at is and does NOT take criticism well (where his barbarian tendancies come in)
