If Alex Pretti was a serial antagonist to ICE and CBP, then the agents should have reported him to local law enforcement. Why? Because he was a citizen, and they were further than 100 miles from the border. He was not in their jurisdiction, and policing citizens is not in their purview.

Alex Pretti was a colleague at the VA. We hired him to recruit for our trial. He became an ICU nurse- I lover working with him. He was a good kind person who lived to help and these fuckers executed him.
