Wat ik weet van de Cloud act is dat een Amerikaanse partij toegang moet verlenen aan de Amerikaanse Overheid tot de servers en data die het beheert wereldwijd. Dat het IP bij een Amerikaanse partij ligt en dat je een niet overdraagbare licentie krijgt over je eigen data, dat is toch niets nieuws?
