I’m not on the diagnostic side, so it’s hard for me to say. Specialty societies also try to adapt by responding to population based studies—adjusting their screening guidelines to younger ages, populations that may be at greater risk, etc

Back again this month for #AYACSM! I’m a radonc resident in my final year of training at Duke. Unfortunately, I often see many young adults in our clinics—are people better at reporting symptoms, doctors better at work up, testing improving, or is incidence of cancer increasing? All of the above?
