So she started chemo and immuno therapy.
So that’s why the short hair! And I know you can’t see the eye because of the angle but she has a prosthetic.
And that’s all!
According to my research only in stage 4 do they take the eye out. So she spends a few days in the hospital and they just go home later.
Six months later they realized cancer had come back to her liver (it can come back to liver AND lungs, but I thought that was a bit too much)
Cassandra and vi made her go to the doctor and they made some CT scans after they finished filming, and found nothing cause they were looking in her brain (eyes don’t have nerves so you don’t feel pain)
No one knew it was her eye til she started losing vision and they made scans.
Ok so this art took a long time because I needed to do some research! Soooo LORE!
Cait gets her eye removed between s5&6. She started getting a lot of headaches and migraines and had some trouble sometimes reading the script, but she didn’t know it was anything dangerous
