Well historically the Supreme Court has disregarded the well regulated clause of the Second Amendment and let the second half of the clause apply to all citizens. It's a mess SCOTUS Created for themselves.

So if a Texas National Guardsman gets injured in Illinois. Under what statute are they going to be eligible to receive disability benefits? Title 10 or Title 32. Congress has not provided any legislation to allow anything unfer title 10

Yes I get that, but there federal legislation dictating how that happened, because under Article I of the Constitution only Congress can call the National Guard (Militia) to federal service.

The Governors control their militias, which is the National Guard! Trump is usurping that Constitutional provision, so if the Fed activates the militia to attack its own state, whose authority do they follow?
