Really wasn’t feeling it today… wet surface, so wore old running shoes lacking grip, humid to breathe, and a bit under the weather… would never have got out without a parkrun to go to and in a way don’t these runs when you don’t feel it end up meaning the most 🙏❤️🏃🏻♂️ #LoveParkrun #RoadToGlastoFitness
