The court JUST said there’s no deeply rooted right for women to control their own bodies. But there is a deeply rooted right for parents to know if their kids question their gender at school? Come on.

i really struggle to understand how anyone could behave this way. i mean, intellectually, i get it. i research monsters for a living. i know they’re real.
but imagine slamming the cage door in a crying child’s face, having just confiscated her crayons. and then going home to your own family???

this is shaping up to be a really bad year for me. i'm running out of hope that anything will ever get better.

I just finished watching all 4 Matrix movies for the first time. What an insane mixed bag of creative and artistic genius. Like, certain aspects are so cheesey and on the nose, but other moments can be incredibly compelling and real. I might post more Matrix thoughts when I'm not high.
