Today, marks the anniv of the Line of Duty Death of Paramedic Tony Sunderland. He collapsed & died while attending to 2 critical patients from an MVA near Endako, BC.He was married & had 2 sons.

Please take a moment to remember Tony, & 9 other Paramedics who have died in the Line of Duty in BC.

POLICE SERVICE DOG - REBEL

this morning, a police service dog was stabbed in the line of duty during a response in Richmond.

At around 230am, a man was located located a man in crisis.

Rebel was seriously hurt while serving & protecting. Our thoughts are him, handler, and the police K9 unit.

Today, we honour Unit Chief Theresa Bond, who tragically lost her life in the line of duty. She died in a plane crash while traveling to a meeting in Smithers.

We invite you to remember Theresa, and the 9 other paramedics who have made the ultimate sacrifice in BC.

Today marks the anniv of the tragic loss of Paramedic Michael Gray. He died suddenly from a medical condition just after clearing Vancouver General Hospital.

20 yrs after the most violent moment in Canadian law enforcement history.
4 RCMP officers were shot & killed in the line of duty near by the town of Mayerthorpe, Alta, March 3, 2005. Peter Schiemann, Brock Myrol, Lionide Johnston, & Anthony Gordon.
