23.10.2025 20:19 β π 20401 π 6174 π¬ 338 π 239It cannot be right that the government is still hounding carers for repayments, long after this scandal was exposed and even after we secured an independent review, but before it has been put right.
The government must pause repayments and get on with fixing the system so it works for carers.

"Sadly, in recent months, we've seen politicians scapegoat marginalised groups as a form of distraction politics.
It's our duty to correct these false narratives and focus on the genuine issues affecting constituencies, such as health care and social housing," -Β @eointennyson.bsky.social
Today marks one year since Labour won a landslide majority on just 34% of the vote.
No wonder trust in politics is so low when we keep getting governments that most people didn't choose.
There is an alternative: a proportional system where Parliament reflects how people voted. #PRnow

Farmers will receive higher payments for carrying out work like restoring habitats, protecting rare species and maintaining landscapes.
The fact that we have a Member of Parliament effectively endorsing and certainly normalising incitement to violence against a marginalised and racialised social group says everything about just how dangerous the spread of fascist logic in British society has become.
