Oh that's alright, I think that just needs to expend time little by little. You are not forced to do stuff you are not comfortable with, but taking time to keep in touch with others helps to not create misunderstandings.

I am walking outside in my freetime for like 40 mins, helps me with a bit of relaxation or just to tire my body enough to go to sleep.
