I think my timing of cutting back on social media was prefect. It feels like the world we know is crashing. In a sibling thread the other day, 2 Dems, 2 not. It was an ugly thread. It appears our communication is at a standstill which hurts but 2 of them were mean to a 3rd, I defended the 3rd.

Good morning. This pic goes back 8 years. I have been enjoying my time away from Blusky, I read, I cook, I clean, I garden, and I walk. I have not been procrastinating anything, I am being productive. Social media is not good for my mental health, the news is wretched, I am happier without it.

I can't help but wonder what kids are learning from all the news, and what their perception might be. It scares me to think what MAGA kids are learning at home and what they see in TV and how those mix in undeveloped brains. So many parents are out there brainwashing their kids.

Oh heck yes! This was a delicious kimchi jjigae I had for lunch. It was fantastic. Hubs had their bibimbap, saying it was the best he'd had. @elenadip.bsky.social this was near you at Korea House across the freeway from the casinos. We loved the place.
