Steam and itch.io have removed thousands of video games in recent weeks deemed to be "adult content" in order to comply with strict rules from payment processors like Mastercard.

These policies censor artists engaged in lawful speech. Mastercard shouldn't be the gatekeepers of our digital freedom.

Imagine how many incredible and unique smaller games could exist if CEOs didn’t make multiple millions of dollars a year and amassing capital wasn’t such a prevalent part of the funding equation

It’s crazy how many people engage with stories about defeating bad guys while engaging in actions in their daily life that are incredibly and obviously bad guy-coded
