Because he already has a viable asylum application, he IS legally present. Liam and his parents have ZERO offenses, not even a civil offense. According to law, they have legal presence. ICE deems many immigrants as 'illegals' even those with active cases that give them permission to stay in the U.S.

Blanche is either lying to us or completely ignorant of our immigration laws. Liam's family HAS LEGAL PRESENCE because of a viable asylum petition. At any rate, he should be fired and disbarred.
