If we were serious about prioritizing detaining violent criminals Trump and Biden would be sitting in jail cells right now. (Yes, partnering in genocide is a violent crime.)

I think if you’re entirely honest with yourself, there is never a time you would tolerate criticism of Dems. You recognise Republicans as the enemy because of how overtly, cartoonishly evil they are, but your ‘us and them’ mentality won’t allow you to recognise that Dems are enabling this.
