Voters want to have their cake and eat it too. Our council has the same problems of the senate where the groups represented don’t align with the population.

I don’t align with the mostly anti-jumpstart, pro-chamber, slow housing growth, anti-bike, bad transit policy council, but I do admit it looks like a miserable job. It’s a product of our system when we have off year elections, and when older homeowners vote more than young people and renters.
