Honestly I ponder if this is just how some of us are wired, or if its a warning sign of depression, or...what! I feel similarly to what you say here.
Last year I stopped going on VRChat, after being on there 1-3 times a week for years. I enjoyed my time but suddenly I just couldn't find the energy.
