Which translation will you be reading?

I'll have to check out this version. I'm a big fan of Martha Argerich's interpretation. The Alfred Brendel isn't shabby either!

First one that came to mind was Tristram Shandy by Laurence Sterne. That book is a riot! It breaks all the rules.

Interesting. I love how different artists' interpretations can be so unique. I got the Alban Berg complete Beethoven string quartets on CD boxset at a super cheap price. Also have some LaSalle quartet doing the late quartets. Both are very fine.

My 20 year non TT career was usually 4/4, often more like 5/5, as overloads were common and I had a hard time saying "no." Later, I got an occasional course release in acknowledgement of extra-curricular service. At least there wasn't any expectation that I actively publish. smh indeed

Thanks for sharing this and introducing me to d'Indy. I streamed some of his work today on Tidal and it was good! I'll add him to my classical music rotation. The late romantic period is a favorite.
