Good. There are many better alternatives they should be using anyway like @matrix.org, Zulip, Mattermost, etc.

Good article but Internxt can't be an alternative to Outlook as it's not an email provider. It's a better fit in OneDrive alternatives.

Also, people can use encryption to protect email message content if they absolutely need to use Outlook or Gmail. This is very easy now with Delta Chat.
