Last day of winter and a fabulous water day: long sparkle swim in morning followed by 1st outdoor shower of the season. Then put winter swimming to bed with a sunset dip. Tomorrow—vernal equinox & hellooooo spring swimming! 💚💚

Good luck! I had similar experience of an amazing starter that lost its mojo (whyyyyyyyy????) Luckily my brother taught me to make dried backup so I’ve been feeding up a new batch from backup. Not at full tang level yet but good oven spring, so 🤞🏻🤞🏻

When it’s too rough to swim at the beach we head to our scenic & sheltered harbor. Beautiful windless conditions, mild air temp, water 39 — great 1st swim of meteorological spring. 30-40 minutes! #coldwaterswimming
