L’aspect jeune startup des neo banques m’a toujours refroidi, mort soudaine beaucoup plus probable. Rajoute quelques scandales type fermetures de comptes abusives avec blocage des fonds chez N26, et no go. L’alternative aux « startups » c’est les branches full en ligne des banques tradi: low-cost

Banque traditionnelle. LCL depuis 10 ans+. Pour une question de confiance principalement. J’ai testé la BNP full online en parallèle en vue d’y migrer totalement, j’ai coupé après 3 mois : mauvaise réactivité (réponses à 2j+), interlocuteur changeant, frais à tout va et discussion impossible 1/2
