Chivas made an offer, talks proceeding but not there yet. Liga MX window closes Monday night.

Nashville also have the 23rd-lowest GAM total in MLS. If I have the rules right (help me @armankafai.bsky.social) they can convert 95% of the transfer fee after recouping into GAM. If they get $3.5 million, that's $1.6m in GAM.

Extremely good work by Nashville here if they can flip Perez for, like, 1.5x what they paid for him.
