This whole BBC Trans thing is driving me mad! The BBC does not ”support The trans position” as far as I can see! The biggest protest march of the Supreme Court decision in history, outside BBC headquarters, not even mentioned.

A lot of companies and institutions changed their policies ( indecently) quickly after the interim guidance. Does that mean that if a police man strip searched a trans woman they will be open to legal proceedings?

It is astounding, if only we had a PM who understood the importance of HR law! Instead, he stated that for him the SC ruling gives clarity!

Completely agree. Also, I like the delivery, because it’s kind, but matter of fact. It’s also great to have a T woman’s view about the whole thing and what it feels like. I wasn’t at all kind to myself and remember trying to dilate on a toilet floor during my lunch break. Just really well done
